B. 油田上使用的污水罐和污水缓冲罐是一回事吗

功能上基本相似。但是有个最大的区别，污水罐是常压容器，而污水缓冲罐是压力容器。现在回很多油答气田用污水缓冲罐而不用污水罐，主要原因就在于安全距离，使用污水缓冲罐的话，可以放在流程区，而污水罐不能，相信你也看到过很多站场上， 把污水罐放在站场的某个角落里，原因就在于安全距离，所以使用缓冲罐的话，站场的占地面积可以大大减小。

C. 污水罐做防腐哪种涂料合适

污水罐做防腐主要三种，手糊玻璃钢、喷涂聚脲和衬PVC内胆。
1.手糊玻璃内钢就容是环氧树脂加玻璃丝布，一层树脂一层布，一层树脂一层布，最后表面一层树脂，俗称五油三布工艺。
2.喷涂聚脲涂层一般1.5㎜厚，是施工最简单的。
前两种不适合冷热交替、温差变化大的环境，容易变形脱层。
3.制作PVC内胆是在罐内壁铺一层PVC软板，接缝采用塑焊工艺，抗酸碱性强，不怕温差变化，可以说是一劳永逸的办法，但是价格高。
